The Image
A woman seen from behind in a polka dot bikini, arms raised, bisected by two overlapping sandy-gold circles.
The circles do the cropping. They cut across the body without respecting its edges, and the body responds by lifting its arms into them. A composition in negotiation.
Part of girls on geometry. 004 is the most graphic of the early set, closest to a pattern design.
